Maybe you heard about the 100 buyouts (spelled: L A Y O F F S) over at CNN. If you're experienced enough, you probably also guessed that this was just the opening salvo. CNN has finally suffered the consequences of their inadequate, incomplete, and inaccurate reporting. As a result, it has been sold to AT&T. I worked for a company that was bought by an AT&T company. There's as good as nothing left of it today.
And CNN isn't the only media giant going through some growing pains.
Expect to hear more in the near future.
