Every time bad news is about to break ... bad news for the leftists, deep state, Clintons, Obamas, Democrats, et al ..., they stage some sort of event meant to reset the infamous 'news cycle'. It's a very simple tactic you've seen dozens of times on TV shows.
I remember, as a kid, wondering why Col. Hogan would say, "Hmmm... We'll need a distraction.", when he wanted to sneak someone out the back gate. It took me a while to understand the goal of getting away clean, without a fight, by getting the people you were trying to escape, dupe, fool, etc., to look somewhere else while you were doing whatever it was you really wanted to do. So they would set fire to the officers' club, blow up a guard tower, or something equally dramatic, and demanding of immediate attention of all available resources.
Ok. As a kid, I got that. I figured it out. What took me even longer to figure out was when someone was trying to distract me from something. I mean, why would anyone do that? Why would they not want me to see something? And why would they cause such extreme drama, having so little care for what it might do to me?
In time, I would learn that some of my friends were not my friends. They saw me as a means to an end, a target, a victim, and that they wanted something from me that I didn't want to give them.

That's Einstein's (in)famous mass-energy equivalency, and I've been thinking about it a lot lately. Einstein troubles me. This troubles me. Why?

I mean, we all know that you can rearrange equations, depending on what you want to solve for, right? A=BC can be rewritten as B=A/C, or C=A/B.
So, what would M=E/C2 even mean? Does that mean that we can create matter by dividing energy by the speed of light squared? How does one even do that?
And how does anyone even make any sense at all of C=√E/M?
This is nonsense. And I seem to be in good company. It turns out that there are a lot of daring, and very qualified people who feel the same way.
