(It's Ahura Mazda's day!)

Have you noticed?

Cherries are in the stores now (and I LOVE cherries!), but they're not sweet; they're almost flavorless.
Avocados taste more like grass, even when they're so ripe they're about to rot.
     Blueberries are mushy and flat.

Now, to be fair, it's long been next to impossible to get good produce from your local grocery store because the food service industry beats us to it. They get all the best stuff al the time, leaving farmers to unload their mediocre products through grocery stores. This, by the way, is why you can only get prime cuts of meat, like prime rib, in restaurants. You'll almost never find it in a grocery store.
That said, this year's produce is especially disappointing, even accounting for the food service industry.

Behavior Modification via Vaccine?!

They call it FunVax, and it can be delivered through the air.

Ready to be forcibly vaccinated to correct your radical belief in God?
Beginning to see why so many are so opposed to mandated vaccinations?

From my playlist

I used to build bikes professionally for a big bike retailer in Germany, and the owner would play music all day long. This is one of the songs on his list. I asked him about it, and was met with (typical German) derision. 'How could I not know an American band's music?' Well, as it (so often) turned out, it wasn't me who was the idiot. Roxy Music is an English band, and I had just not heard this song before, but I fell in love with it, and various versions of it remain on my playlist today.
