(It's Akal's day!)

Highlights

* "I feel badly" is the correct negative response to "How do you feel?" The expression "I feel badly" is often used in English, although "I feel badly" literally means "When it comes to feeling, I do it poorly." According to Paul Brians in Common Errors in English Usage, "'I feel bad' is standard English", and "'I feel badly' is an incorrect hyper-correction by people who think they know better than the masses."

* (Yes. This is what I spend my time doing, ok?)

* You really need to cast more than just a glance at that Akal link above.

The blackout begins!

This is how it starts. Just as Jen Psaki simply walked away from a question she couldn't/didn't want to answer, so, too, will Team Biden simple walk away, turn off the cameras and microphones, and close the doors.

Joe Concha
The White House cutting Biden's live feed appears intentional; feels weak.

You can expect similar behavior from their minions at the various big tech centers.
What form will it take? Will my service provider cut me off? Amazon can't turn off my server; I host my own web-site. Facebook and youtube can't do anything to me; I don't post anything there anymore.
So what will they do? Start posting advisories on my web-site the way they've been doing on youtube and wikipedia?

The Question

I think a lot about our great wars, especially WWII, maybe because it was closer to me, temporally, and closer to me, familially, because two of my great uncles spent some time in a POW camp in Germany.
Of course, my parents mentioned it a lot, too. Their lives practically revolved around WWII. They grew up in it. WWII was their entire childhood. Most of the movies and TV shows we watched were set in WWII, or just after. We toured the camps when we lived in Germany. I grew up hearing all about the Nuremberg Trials, lots of interesting details about Hitler that we never learned in school, and, of course, that great question which keeps coming up over and over again:
Why would so many people so willingly get on board the trains?
But, as I said, I think about the soldiers a lot. I grieve at the loss of so many of my own countrymen fighting other people's wars. And, yes, of course, it's finally becoming clear to everyone that these conflicts weren't really 'other people's wars, having been practically engineered by the great financial powers in the world, and that mostly for their own entertainment.
Our government deliberately arranged for the circumstances which would provoke Japan into attacking (that being their mentality), and then even hung many of our own sailors, soldiers, and civilians out in harm's way, basically sacrificing them, in order to make the losses great enough to scare the American public into submitting to a war they'd steadfastly resisted joining.
And that leads me to ask not why so many Jews submitted to being shipped off to their deaths, but rather why so many Americans so willingly submitted to an illegal draft into an illegal war.
I mean, it's not like you couldn't join the fight if you wanted to, and plenty of Americans did, as was once so prominently represented in a comedy TV series, Hogan's Heroes, where the leader, Colonel Hogan, was an American wearing a British uniform, because he'd left the US and joined the RAF.
And there were many of those men AND WOMEN.
So why was a draft necessary? Why wasn't it enough to just wait and see how many would voluntarily join?
Because any less would not have met their need to destroy, not only, most of the governments in Europe, but to nearly bankrupt the US, too, while camouflaging an escape route for the very minds we'd been fighting.
As a result, all of Europe, and, to some extent, the US, too, went through decades of shortages of males. Germany actally had to import foreigners, especially Turks, to do all the labor the US was paying to have done in order to rebuild Germany as quickly as possible. And that has created a division in their country not unlike that in South Africa, practically destroying traditional Germans and traditional Germany. I know. I grew up there. But the more plentiful US males gained a reputation for filling in for those missing men, but only in as far as matrimony was involved. Few stayed in the country of their 'war brides'. Instead, all these foreign women were imported into the USA, furthering divides there, too, even though the US, given its curious history, was far more hospitable and accepting of these foreigners than other countries were.
And, as for those who escaped to the west, have you ever noticed that we haven't won a war since?
I think they succeeded in their mission.
But, as I said, I ask that question: Why did so many fine, young Americans so willingly leave their homes and farms to go die in Europe?
And the answer is that they'd been brainwashed into it by clever media, which had already been flexing its muscles here in the US since at least the days of the Civil War.
In other words, we didn't win WWII either. So the villains had already succeeded in their mission long before that. Almost certainly before WWI, as well.
So when did we lose our country?
I really think the great shift from our hands to 'theirs' was the Civil War. And Lincoln's assassination is proof. Ever notice the many curious parallels with JFK's assassination? Notice how the presumptive murderer never got to stand trial? Ever notice how the witch-hunt of accomplices was more of a show-trial than anything else?
It's hard to have to face up to facts that you know, but never really put together before, like knowing that Winston Churchill had an American mother.
If you had to chose from among your own someone who'd be well received by the Americans so you can dupe them into committing their blood and treasure to the war you're financing, would it be the typical British snob? Or someone more blunt, more vulgar, like Americans, and, moreover, someone who even has an American mother? More or less.
We were played.
We're still being played.
We need Donald Trump back.
